SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Shi Boutique! Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING POLICY

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order we will contact you via email or phone.

SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipment Method - USPS (United States Postal Service)

Estimated delivery Time - 3-5 business days

Shipment Cost - FLAT RATE $8.00 USD

SHIPMENT TO PO BOXES OR APO/FPO ADDRESSES

Shi Boutique ships to addresses within the USA.

SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracked number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

DAMAGES

Shi Boutique is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We offer a 30 day return policy from the day the purchase was made. All items must still have the original tag on them. They cannot be worn or washed. The item must be returned in its original condition - no alteration may be done. You must have your order receipt and order number. For all returns please email us at shiboutiquekids@gmail.com and we will be in touch with you as soon as possible. Exchanges and Refunds will then be discussed after contact if this becomes an option.
